Employees benefit from working at scale on complex, market-leading initiatives.Job DescriptionThe In-house Solicitor will be:Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licences, and sponsorship contractsAdvising stakeholders across the business on legal and commercial risksSupporting strategic technology and digital transformation projectsManaging contract lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with internal policiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutionsThe Successful ApplicantSome things we are looking for:Solicitor, Barrister or similar in the UK or another comparable jurisdiction with 2-5 years' PQE.Experience working on range of commercial and technology contracts including SaaS, software and cloud services, outsourcing and sponsorship deals.Experience advising Corporate Real Estate, Capital Projects, Procurement.Experience having negotiated consultant, contractor and framework agreements across multiple jurisdictions.Familiarity with industry-standard construction and consultancy contracting models, including framework-based procurement structures.What's on OfferThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a global employer offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
