Job Description

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to uphold high service standards.
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housekeeping Manager should have:
