Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Provide advice and support to tenants regarding housing-related matters.
  • Handle tenancy queries, complaints, and disputes effectively.
  • Carry out property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
  • Support the team in implementing housing policies and procedures.
  • Engage with local communities to promote tenant satisfaction and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Officer should have:
