Job Description

    • Provide adaptable administrative support across the HR department, adjusting workload based on priorities, competencies, and skills.
    • Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering clear, timely responses or directing queries to the appropriate colleagues.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and legislation.
    • Process key HR data and documentation, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, employment documents, and benefits administration.
    • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks, and updating recruitment platforms.
    • Assist with wider HR operations such as purchase order processing, exit interview coordination, role profile updates, and responding to internal and external HR information requests.



The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, ideally within HR.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
