They are now looking for a HR Advisor to join their team onJob DescriptionProvide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new staff.Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.Assist with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives that align with business objectives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for staff and managers.Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to improve organisational performance.Support the Human Resources team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Advisor should have:Provide proactive, day‑to‑day HR advice and coaching to line managers across the full employee lifecycleAdvise on employee relations matters including performance, capability, absence, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and redeploymentEnsure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and employment law, escalating complex or high‑risk issues when requiredSupport leaders to effectively manage workforce planning, retention, engagement and organisational capabilityDeliver operational HR activity aligned to organisational priorities, legal requirements and best practiceDevelop, implement and maintain HR systems, tools, processes and reporting mechanismsProduce and analyse people data and management information to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunitiesLead or contribute to HR projects and change initiatives, including policy development and implementationWork collaboratively with recruitment, learning & development and wider People Services teams to deliver integrated solutionsChampion equality, inclusion and a high‑performance culture across the organisationWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £33000 to £38000 per annum.Free parking on-site.Hybrid working.Fixed-term contract offering stability and valuable experience in the business services industry.Opportunities to work in a supportive and professional environment at the Nottingham.Comprehensive benefits package, including holiday leave and other perks.This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.
