Job Description

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding procedures to ensure new employees have a seamless start.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees.
  • Work closely with payroll and ensure accurate data submission for salary processing.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience as a Human Resources coordinator or HR advisor within the FMCG or related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in using HR management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
