You will ideally have experience of dealing with a varied commercial and council operational property portfolio, undertaking negotiations and providing evidence-based valuation advice to support new lettings, with the ability to juggle priorities and manage a suite of varied property cases.The successful candidate will have strong all round communication skills to build positive working relationships within the organisation as well as with external partners, tenants, and other Council departments.
