Job Description

  • Carry out type 3 FRA's
  • Advise on compliance with fire safety regulations and implement necessary measures.
  • Prepare detailed fire safety reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with property managers to address fire safety concerns.
  • Oversee fire risk assessments and ensure they are up to date.
  • Provide technical guidance on fire safety systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all fire safety documentation is maintained and accessible.
  • Support the organisation in meeting statutory fire safety requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Fire Safety Surveyor should have:
