Duties will include, however, not be limited to:Set up procurement policies & procedures for the organisation.Ensure that contracts are aligned to company policies & with favourable terms.Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for optimal outcomes.Monitor and address any issues within the supply chain promptly.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.The Successful ApplicantA successful Interim Head of Procurement should have:Strong experience in procurement, ideally working in a smaller SME organisation.Experience working in a completely greenfield environment.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a temporary role.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.What's on OfferCompetitive daily rate of £450 to £550, dependent on the level of experience, inside Ir35.Opportunity to make your mark on a greenfield opportunity.Interim role to start ASAP with long term opportunities.Working on site in East Yorkshire (E.
