Job Description

The Interim HR Projects Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals including restructures, pay reviews and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim HR Projects Manager should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting workforce data.
  • Experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
