Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee risk management processes and implement mitigation strategies as required.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in project management within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Commercial Development (offices, retail etc)
  • Proven experience managing construction projects of varying complexity.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
