Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for board and management meetings.
  • Work on-site in London three days a week as part of the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Senior Finance Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting tools.
  • A Full or Part Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACA, CIPFA, ACCA)
  • The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
