Job Description

  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, from initial scoping through to successful completion, ensuring all outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, covering schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and key dependencies.
  • Coordinate and support cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and broader business goals.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the full project life‑cycle.
  • Communicate clear, consistent, and timely updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones, risks, and emerging developments.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial services regulations and relevant industry standards, embedding governance throughout project execution
  • Continually review and refine project delivery processes to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance overall project performance.

A successful Project Manager will bring:
