Job Description

  • Plan, manage and deliver IT projects to agreed specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party relationships related to project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing IT projects within the property industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Understanding of technology systems and their applications in a business setting.

What's on Offer

  • Daily rate: £500 to £550 a day Inside IR35, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Temporary contract offering flexibility.
  • Hybrid working - 2 days a week in their Leatherhead office.
