Job Description

  • Provide 3rd line IT support to ensure optimal performance of systems and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and address any potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support - 3rd Line should have:

  • Extensive experience in a 3rd line IT support role within the technology sector.
