Job Description

  • Manage and deliver system-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Closely align with both Operational and Technical teams for new site integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Align closely with the programme manager to proactively identify and mitigate risks in global project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams in a remote working setup.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Systems Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing system-related projects within the logistics industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams, globally
  • Previous experience with both contract logistics (3PL) and end client direct delivery
  • Previous experience working in warehouse operations and solution design before progressing to IT Project Management
  • Ability to work remotely balancing multiple projects in a global remit
