We're looking for an experienced M&A professional to join an established yet growing team. The role is broad and requires someone to support origination, management and execution of deals within the mid-market, c £25m+.

About Our Client

An established team in the Midlands, focusing on mid-market deals across a variety of sectors with a deal value typically between £25m - £100m. The team can boast over 30 years of M&A experience between their leadership team, now looking to hire an Associate Director to develop into a future Partner.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end M&A processes.
  • Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have an ACA/ ACCA qualification
  • Prior M&A experience is non-negotiable, ideally over 5 years in the Midlands
  • A proven ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics
