Job Description

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Technician should have:

  • A relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance within the manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Experience in CNC machining (3axis)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
