Job Description

  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Support decision-making through financial analysis and modelling.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage cost control and financial planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA or Qualified by Experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis within the Leisure industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
