Bring it all together into a coherent, high-impact strategy.About ART Business Loans ART is a purpose-led lender supporting SMEs across the West Midlands, particularly those underserved by traditional finance.With strong foundations in broker-led business, they are now focused on:Strengthening introducer relationshipsImproving cross-channel coordinationExpanding reach into underrepresented communitiesBuilding a more structured, campaign-led approachYou'll play a key role in making this happen.Job DescriptionThe Role Reporting to the CEO, you'll take ownership of the full marketing mix delivering integrated campaigns that build awareness, support partners, and drive quality enquiries.This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution.Key areas of focus:Campaigns: Plan and deliver multi-channel activity across PR, digital, social, email and eventsContent: Create high-quality, credible content including case studies and thought leadershipDigital: Manage website, SEO, and email performancePR & Social: Lead LinkedIn activity and manage PR agency relationshipsBrand: Ensure consistency and evolve messaging and positioningStakeholders: Support brokers and partners with targeted communicationsEvents: Plan and represent ART at regional eventsAgencies: Manage external suppliers and ensure delivery against budget and objectivesThe Successful ApplicantAbout YouAre you in your second or third marketing role, ready to step up and take ownership?
