Job Description

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines by providing clear guidance to patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Support the effective running of the pharmacy by managing stock and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and healthcare regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Newly Qualified Pharmacist should have:

  • A recognised pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
  • Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to contribute to the ongoing success of the pharmacy team.
