As Office and Accounts Assistant, you will:

  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Respond to enquiries, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work with the HR and Office Manager to ensure efficient workflow in all areas of operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office and Accounts Assistant should have:
