Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Develop project plans with clear objectives, milestones, and resources.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and performance against KPIs.
  • Produce high‑quality reports for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Analyse data to track project outcomes and organisational impact.
  • Maintain compliance duties and ensure consistent practice across projects.
  • Develop and update organisational policies and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful operations role professional should have:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and reporting.
  • Confident producing reports for senior or Board-level audiences.
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, or governance documents.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time‑management skills.
