Job Description

As PA to Founder/Office Manager, you will:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
  • Overseeing office supplies and liaising with suppliers to maintain an efficient workspace.
  • Supporting HR-related tasks such as onboarding new team members and maintaining records.
  • Assisting with property project administration and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Founder.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA to Founder/Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar PA or Office Manager role, ideally within the property development or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools to streamline administrative tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • An adaptable and resourceful attitude to handle challenges with confidence.
