Job Description

The Part Time Remote Administrator will provide administrative and secretarial support across a range of committees, groups, and governance functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating committee and group meetings, including scheduling and diary management.
  • Preparing agendas, papers, and meeting documentation.
  • Taking and circulating meeting minutes and action logs.
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of events and stakeholder meetings.
  • Managing communications and ensuring participants receive relevant information and updates.
  • Assisting with governance processes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing general administrative support to senior managers and project leads.
  • Supporting new and developing committees as the organisation assesses future resource requirements.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an organised administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

You may have experience in:

  • Administrative, secretarial, governance, or business support roles.
  • PA, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Administrator positions.
  • Minute taking and meeting coordination.
  • Diary and stakeholder management.
