If you're equally comfortable coaching senior stakeholders, managing complex employee relations cases, and delivering people projects, we'd love to hear from you.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingPartnering with managers to provide proactive, commercially focused HR support.Coaching and developing leaders to build confident, high-performing teams.Managing a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning where required.Driving engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.Leading recruitment activity for key roles and supporting effective onboarding.Using people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.Reviewing and developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.Contributing to strategic HR projects that support the organisation's continued growth.The Successful ApplicantYou'll be an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent relationship-building skills.
