Job Description

  • Handle a varied caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients regarding personal injury matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotalnd status with 4+ PQE in personal injury law.
  • Proven experience managing a caseload within the legal field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
