Job Description

  • Provide expert healthcare advice and services to customers.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee stock management and ensure the availability of key products.
  • Support and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align with business objectives.
  • Working hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 09:00 - 18:00 / Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30 / Saturday 09:00 - 12:00
  • Monday to Friday, plus at least 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (preference for every other Saturday)



The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Healthcare Retail Professional' should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare or pharmacy-related fields.
  • Experience in the retail industry, especially in healthcare services.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
