Job Description

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and services to customers.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer care.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain availability of products.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide counselling on medication use.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the local community.
  • Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or a similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
  • A meticulous approach to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
