Job Description

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medication and general healthcare queries.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring the availability of essential medicines.
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-focused services.
  • Ensure the pharmacy complies with all regulatory and professional standards.
  • Conduct medication reviews and support health promotion initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the local community.
  • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist should have:

  • A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • A strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations and healthcare services.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
