Job Description

  • Provide expert healthcare advice and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Support the training and development of team members in healthcare services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise retail operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve healthcare offerings in the retail setting.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Working hours 08:30 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
  • Position can be for 4 or 5 days per week (5th day would be in Cwmfelin, Swansea)



The Successful Applicant

A successful healthcare professional in retail should have:

  • A recognised qualification in healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the retail or healthcare sector.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
