Job Description

  • Delivering excellent customer and patient care with a confidential friendly approach.
  • Supporting OCT sales, stock management and prescription hand out.
  • Accurately labellng, dispensing and preparing medications in line with legal and company standards.
  • Providing clinical services such as consultations, diabetes checks, smoking cessation advice and healthy living guidance.
  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and contributing to the KPIs and service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the local community.
  • Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare professional in Retail should have:

  • A recognised qualification in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or a similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
  • A meticulous approach to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
