Job Description

  • Provide expert legal advice on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal services.
  • Draft and review legal documents with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalised approach to their legal needs.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals within the department to ensure comprehensive client support.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in private client law and implement changes where necessary.
  • Represent clients in legal matters, providing guidance and advocacy as required.
  • Support the ongoing development and success of the legal department within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
