Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to address delays or priorities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to production and output.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to maximise performance and morale.Supervise and guide the production department
  • Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee production processes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
  • Manage budget and production resources efficiently
  • Report to senior management on production activities and issues



The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • A background in engineering or manufacturing, ideally within the industrial sector.
  • Proven experience in managing production processes and leading teams.
