Job Description

  • Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality during the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in equipment setup and troubleshooting as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Operator should have:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices within the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
