  • Prepare and analyse project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Monitor and report on project costs to ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to project accounting.
  • Ensure accurate allocation and tracking of costs to specific projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost forecasts and variance analyses for ongoing projects.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions related to projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Cost Accountant should have:
