Job Description

  • Oversee the planning and execution of caller campaigns to meet organisational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to campaign staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Caller Campaign - Project Manager should have:
