Job Description

  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception desk professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with events as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What's on Offer

  • Hourly pay ranging £16 to £18
  • Rolling temporary assignment covering sick leave
  • 5 days on site per week (Monday - Friday)
