Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally and courteously.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is presentable and welcoming at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the daily operations of the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
