Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
  • Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
  • Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
  • Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time
  • Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required
  • Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues
  • Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management
  • Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process
  • Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Co-ordinator should have:

  • Experience in customer order processing or sales administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
