With increasing investment in eCommerce, omnichannel strategy and digital partnerships, this is a unique opportunity to influence a rapidly expanding part of the business.Job DescriptionThe role centers on creating an omnichannel strategy that drives online sales of prescription-based products and integrates digital and physical touchpoints.Lead commercial partnerships with major online, omnichannel and marketplace‑driven retailers across EMEA.Own the commercial performance, forecasting and full P&L accountability for online‑led accounts.Develop and execute multi‑year joint business plans focused on revenue, margin expansion and market share growth.Build high‑trust relationships at senior levels across digital‑first customer organisations.Analyse customer financials, including online vs offline margin structures, and recommend actions to improve profitability.Support negotiations, activation plans, promotional strategies and execution of digital commercial initiatives.Coordinate closely with internal teams across sales, digital, supply chain, finance, marketing and regulatory functions.Identify online marketplace opportunities including fulfilment models, digital content solutions and integration requirements.Develop and deploy an eCommerce sales playbook to drive consistency and excellence across regional markets.Use data and customer insight to influence portfolio decisions, commercial tools and long‑term growth planning.Evaluate and recommend new digital channels, market opportunities and investment areas.The Successful ApplicantA strategic commercial specialist with deep experience in omnichannel and e-commerce within healthcare, ideally prescription based products or medical devices.Strong hands‑on experience managing major online or omnichannel retailers, ideally across multiple EMEA markets.Demonstrable ability to interpret customer P&Ls, understand margin dynamics and act on commercial insights.Confident operating at both strategic and executional levels - able to shape direction and deliver outcomes personally.Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Open on location.What's on Offer A highly competitive salary and bonus structure, plus a comprehensive benefits package aligned with a senior commercial role.
