Job Description

The Senior Commercial Lawyer will be:



  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts


  • Advising on high-value procurement and partnership agreements


  • Supporting international collaborations and cross-border arrangements


  • Providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders


  • Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance across commercial projects

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Commercial Lawyer should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial contracts experience


  • Experienced in procurement and complex contractual arrangements


  • Ideally familiar with international or cross-border legal matters


  • Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills


  • Able to operate effectively within a structured governance framework
