I'm looking for a commercially minded finance professional to drive insight, performance, and strategic decision-making. As a Senior FP&A you will lead on budgeting, performance analysis, and impactful reporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • 12 month FTC
  • Lots of flexibility with 2 days office based

Job Description

  • Partner with the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting that supports informed business decisions
  • Own the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
  • Provide clear and insightful variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance KPI reporting frameworks across the business
  • Support strategic and operational initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and financial controls

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling and analytical ability
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately at pace and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator, able to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proven experience within a multi-site
