They specialise in complex, high value serious injury cases as well as clinical negligence matters, partnering with a number of national charities. Due to continued growth they are looking for a number of serious injury solicitors/fee earners at various levels.

Job Description

As a Serious Injury Solicitor your duties will include:

  • Manage a varied caseload of serious injury claims from inception to settlement.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence related to serious injury cases.
  • Negotiate settlements and liaise with third parties, insurers, and medical professionals.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's best practices and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Serious Injury Solicitor should have:

  • A qualified solicitor status with a specialism in serious injury or personal injury law.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex caseload effectively.
