We are seeking an experienced Quality Leader from a Medical Device background. This role will lead the Quality team on site, and be responsible for Quality culture

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Medical Device manufacturer. Their site is a large GMP accredited facility, with full QA and QC team on site.

Job Description

  • Define and own site quality strategy
  • Represent the business during audits, and customer engagements
  • Monitor the QMS, and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Manage the investigation process
  • Lead and manage the quality team on site
  • Represent Quality during SLT meetings

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Relevant leadership experience, including training and development
  • Background in an ISO 13485 GMP environment
  • Experience leading audits, such as notified body audits, supplier audits
  • Quality Systems and standards expertise
