Job Description

The Soft FM Porterage Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and oversee porterage services to ensure smooth daily operations across the site.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of soft facilities management services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facilities management framework.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the porterage team, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for porterage and related services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding porterage and soft FM services.
