Job Description

  • Own the end‑to‑end production planning process from demand forecasting to order fulfilment.
  • Create accurate demand forecasts using a bespoke planning system to optimise inventory and prevent stock issues.
  • Manage factory audits and vendor relationships to ensure quality, safety, and ethical compliance.
  • Oversee product testing, FSC audits, and quality control, ensuring all finished products meet specification.
  • Handle the full purchasing cycle, including raising POs, tracking production schedules, and managing on‑time delivery.
  • Coordinate production activities across internal teams and external factories to maximise efficiency.
  • Liaise with shipping agents to manage logistics, paperwork, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions.
  • Support customer order processing as needed.
  • Oversee UK distribution centre stock levels.
  • Contribute to wider company policy management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain & Production Planner should have:

  • Experience in supply chain and production planning (full system training provided).
  • Confident user of SAGE and Excel ideal.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and drive actions forward.
