The firm is a challenger in financial services markets, offering both primary listings and secondary trading of equities, as well as licensing proprietary technology globally.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Support Analyst include:Day-to-day maintenance and operation of exchange platforms.First-line support, including handling phone calls and help desk queries, and escalating issues when necessary.Troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and internal escalation.Managing security reference data for all platforms.Collaborating with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to monitor live operations.Raising and deploying changes to support platform operations and compiling reports on any outages.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Support Analyst candidate will have a degree-level qualification (likely in mathematics or computer science) or equivalent experience, strong technical skills including proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting languages, and experience in the UK and EU equity markets. They should be an effective communicator, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
