Job Description

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer support issues
  • Liaise with internal teams when necessary
  • Diagnose and resolve software and application issues
  • Set up, maintain, and remove user network and email accounts
  • Provide remote support for a user base of 800+ end users
  • Maintain clear communication with customers via phone, portal, and remote tools
  • Apply a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving

The Successful Applicant

A successful Support Technician should have:

  • Strong interest in IT (previous IT or application support experience preferred)
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of PC/desktop architecture
