Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract diverse candidates.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on best hiring practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in talent acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the Human Resources field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance requirements.
